White rice with ghee does not increase blood sugar level in type 2 diabetes patients

Introduction: Type 2 diabetes in which India is the second largest globally, characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from defects insulin action. Rice staple food of over half world’s population, having multiple Nutritional Benefits. Objective: To see effect white rice with ghee cooking an open vessel on blood sugar level diabetic patients.
 Materials and Methods: Experimental study Clinical Trial performed at Vishwaraj Hospital Pune, to correct Blood Sugar Level type patients Intervention White was cooked Ghee after Institutional Ethics Committee approval registered under Registry -CTRI/2022/05/042533. All 103 enrolled participants were provided written information ‘Method preparation’. During intervention, telephonic follow up had taken every 15th day, till 90 days. After days all asked repeat HBA1C compare their previous done before enrollment.
 Results: 3 months 86.41% decreased level, 13.59% increased HBA1C. Statistical analysis Paired t Test compares means two measurements same individual i.e. paired observations, purpose test determine whether there statistical evidence that mean difference between observations significantly different zero.
